Look for a place where people keep trying hard, but the surrounding system keeps making the desired behaviour difficult.
Sometimes the answer is a tool.
Sometimes it is a shared calendar, a clearer rule, a better handoff, a naming convention, a budget line, a weekly ritual, a written standard, a trusted place to store decisions.
Small infrastructure is still infrastructure.
A good checklist can be a road.
A shared folder can be a port.
A clear agreement can be a bridge.
A common vocabulary can be a grid.

The next time you witness a breakthrough, look down.
Look for the road it travelled on.
